At the end 2017 I ran a couple of Mindful Movement workshops and had asked those who attended what they would like to see moving forward.
There was a big request for a low cost monthly subscription to online sessions and I have finally got round to putting something special together that I know you will LOVE! In addition to Mindful Movement meditation sessions this will also include Pilates and Yoga sessions.
Weekly meditation sessions (730am Saturday Mornings)
Weekly Pilates sessions (730am Monday Mornings)
Weekly Yoga sessions (830am Wednesday Mornings)
These sessions will be delivered in a Private Facebook Group via Facebook live. That means that you will be able to tune in live with me for the session or watch it on play back at a time that suits you.
Each session will be approximately 30mins long so you are getting a minimum of 90mins a week with me PLUS any additional time and chat in the group.
