When I was learning to meditate I used to get really stressed out just trying. I would sit and my head would be all over the place and then I would get annoyed that I was all over the place, then I would be annoyed about being annoyed. – totally not the point of meditation.
I tried so many apps and they were giving instructions and saying things I just didn’t get. After many conversations and reading many books and trying many different approaches someone said something so simple to me that just helped me get it.
