One to One Coaching

Time for YOU and you alone. Just for you when you feel exhaused, over worked, when you prioritise everyone other than you. Do you feel like you have no idea how to show yourself some love?

Clients come to me when they feel lost, when they know they’re looking for something, but they’re not quite sure what it is. They also come to me when they are struggling with a health condition that conventional medicine just isn’t quite working out for them or the need something extra to make it all work a bit better.

You may have been going to the gym but not getting results because you find yourself self-sabotaging (you know packing your gym stuff but not actually making it, or getting to the gym and eating a family bar of chocolate on the way home).

You may feel exhausted and your health is just not right, maybe you have IBS, anxiety, depression, eczema, asthma, IBD (Crohn’s or Colitis) or some other diagnosed or un-diagnosed issue.

You may be thinking about joining a gym but you don’t actually like going to the gym and you’re not sure how else to get activity in to their lives.

You may feel so stressed out and overwhelmed that you don’t even know what it is you want.

You need someone to listen to you, to hear you, to help guide you to the answers you have been struggling to come to on your own.

You may need an exercise plan, you may need help with nutrition, you may need Pilates and or Yoga in your life, you may need meditation (and taught how to do it – there are loads of ways and it’s good to have a selection to choose from). You may need to release emotional tension that you are holding on to or you may need massage treatment.

Every client is different, every session is different. 

I am not for everyone

If you are looking for a personal trainer then I am not the right person for you. A personal trainer will take you to the gym and take you through a work out.

The ‘no pain no gain’ attitude is NOT what I am about. I won’t push you till you throw up. I won’t put you on a highly restricted diet and exercise regime that may get you some quick results but I can assure you that they WILL NOT LAST.

Every session is tailored specifically to your needs, there is no cookie cutter set plan. My degree is Sport & Exercise Science, I have a long standing education in Pilates and my more recent education is in Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and Ayurveda (the sister science of Yoga).

If you are looking for a cheap quick fix weight loss plan then I am not the woman for you.

I will ask you difficult questions, I will be honest, I will come from a place of love and help you on a sustainable journey where you live your life and make all your decisions from a place of love.

I will ask you to make changes in your life, these changes will have the purpose to make you feel better. You will try them, if they work for you they will become part of your new routine, if they don’t then we will know that didn’t work and will try something else.

I will ask you to approach your life and the changes we are making from a place of love.


Long term transformation and change comes from YOU making the right decisions and taking the right actions. You need to wake up each morning looking forward to the day ahead loving the life you have created for yourself.

That transformation comes from us having a trusting relationship, I will share my knowledge with you but also ask you to explore and evaluate for yourself. When something doesn’t work for you we will continue until we find what does work for you. 

True happiness comes from letting go of the need to control everything.

Freedom is when you can look in the mirror and love the person you see looking back.
