Yoga is a Way of Life 

Yoga is a way of life, and you need to start somewhere… So why not start with a Yoga class. 

Classes held are small (absolute maximum 6 in a class) in my home studio.

You don’t need to be flexible to start Yoga, I don’t even believe that ‘flexibility’ is something we can all achieve. Every single person’s body is a different shape, with a different history and will move for different purposes. Just because someone can get their chest on their thighs doesn’t mean that they have moved their body in a way that it’s happy or of any benefit.

What I want to teach in my classes is You, moving in a way that feels right and good for your body and exploring ways to make your movement more comfortable, easier, stronger and MAYBE with more flexibility…

It all starts with the mind… A flexible mind makes a flexible body.

I have been a student of Yoga now for quite some time and I am learning from some AMAZING teachers and want to share what I am learning and the benefits it has. Ayurveda which is the sister science of Yoga and English translation Science of Life along side Yoga have been a huge part of my healing journey since March 2017. I continue to be a student of Yoga, a journey which I don’t believe ever ends, and I am now also a student of Ayurveda and I want to share with you what we both feel is relevant to you. 

 

Classes suitable for beginners at my home studio in Springburn (full address will be advised on booking)

Tuesdays 10am

Tuesdays 6pm (Please note there will be no class on Tue 20th Nov 2018 at 6pm)

Wednesdays 10am

10 Class passes available for £80 (valid for 4 months from 1st date used & can be used at any Yoga or Pilates class) or drop in classes £10. If purchasing a class pass online, please contact me either on 07875036659 or jen@warriorwomanproject.com to check availability.

As well as the weekly classes I will also be holding monthly workshops for those wanting to take their practice further, these workshops will be part physical practice, part exploring Yoga as a way of life to integrate the calm and stillness we create in a class in to our every day life. 

Workshops 2018 Dates:

Saturday 24th Nov 2.30pm – 4.30pm at my home studio in Springburn (full address will be advised in the joining instructions).

Saturday 8th Dec 1pm – 3pm at my home studio in Springburn (full address will be advised in the joining instructions)

Investment only £30, spaces are limited to 6 so book early to avoid disappointment.
